The dinner table at Sheldon’s house is always oh so tempting. And when Mary Cooper made some lasagna in the second season we couldn’t resist making some ourselves! Ingredients 1 pound lean ground beef 1 chopped onion 4.5 ounces chopped mushrooms 28 ounces spaghetti sauce 16 ounces cottage cheese 16 ounces ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 2 eggs lasagna noodles 8 ounces shredded mozzarella Instructions Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F. Cook the beef in a skillet and once it's brown add mushrooms and onions. Saute the vegetables and add the sauce. Let the mixture heat up and meanwhile in a bowl take all the cheese and eggs. Mix everything till well combined. Spread the meat sauce in the lasagna dish and arrange uncooked noodles as the second layer. Top with cheese mix and again the meat sauce. Repeat the layers and top with mozzarella. Secure the dish with a foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, add some mozzarella and bake again for another 15 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
