Ingredients 2 pounds boiled potatoes 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard 1/2 cup chopped onion soaked in water 3 stalks chopped celery 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle 2 chopped hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup Mixed Herbs Salt pepper Instructions Make a mixture of mayo, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl. Add this along with other ingredients to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
